Attributable analytics is optional and off by default. Retention is 24 months. Withdrawal stops collection and anonymises retained records.
Support
Identifiable tickets remain while an account exists. After deletion, identifiable retention requires a documented legal hold limited to a legal claim, fraud, security, or financial dispute, with reason, reviewer, audit record, and review or expiry date.
Mahdhar
Mahdhar is legacy-support only. It has no new sales or subscription page, and its requests follow the same support and deletion policy.
