Account Deletion

Deleting your account removes all server-side data associated with your profile. For local-only users, there is no server-side data; you can simply delete the app.

How to delete your account

Option 1: Delete inside the app (recommended)

Open Ghawazi and go to Settings.
Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion when prompted.

This immediately deletes your account and all associated data from our servers (authentication record, synced transactions, and any cloud backup). Your on-device data is then wiped as well. The process is irreversible.

Option 2: Submit a deletion request by email

If you cannot access the app, email us at [email protected] from the address associated with your account. Include the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation when done.

What gets deleted

Your authentication record (email or phone number)
All synced transaction data stored on our servers
Any cloud backup associated with your account
Your subscription entitlement record (future billing stops automatically)

What is not affected

Local-only users: if you never signed in, there is no server-side record to delete. Uninstalling the app removes everything.
Apple StoreKit purchases: purchase history is managed by Apple and is not deleted by us. Contact Apple for App Store purchase records.

Data retention after deletion

Server-side data is deleted within 30 days of the request. Anonymized, non-personal aggregate counts (parse-success counters, crash counts) that contain no personal information may be retained in aggregated logs.

حذف الحساب

يؤدّي حذف حسابك إلى إزالة جميع البيانات المرتبطة بملفك الشخصي على خوادمنا. أما المستخدمون المحليون الذين لم يُنشئوا حساباً، فلا توجد بيانات على الخادم، ويكفيهم حذف التطبيق.

كيفية حذف حسابك

الخيار الأول: الحذف من داخل التطبيق (موصى به)

افتح غوازي وانتقل إلى الإعدادات.
مرِّر للأسفل واضغط على حذف الحساب.
أكِّد الحذف عند الطلب.

يؤدّي ذلك فوراً إلى حذف حسابك وجميع البيانات المرتبطة به من خوادمنا (سجل المصادقة، والمعاملات المُزامَنة، وأي نسخة احتياطية سحابية)، ثم يُمحى ما على جهازك أيضاً. هذه العملية لا يمكن التراجع عنها.

الخيار الثاني: إرسال طلب حذف عبر البريد الإلكتروني

إذا تعذّر عليك الوصول إلى التطبيق، راسلنا على [email protected] من العنوان المرتبط بحسابك، مع ذكر موضوع الرسالة "طلب حذف حساب". سنُعالج طلبك في غضون ٣٠ يوماً ونرسل لك تأكيداً عند الانتهاء.

ما الذي يُحذَف

سجل المصادقة (البريد الإلكتروني أو رقم الهاتف)
جميع بيانات المعاملات المُزامَنة المخزّنة على خوادمنا
أي نسخة احتياطية سحابية مرتبطة بحسابك
سجل استحقاقات اشتراكك (تتوقف الفوترة المستقبلية تلقائياً)

ما الذي لا يتأثر

المستخدمون المحليون: إذا لم تسجّل الدخول قط، فلا يوجد سجل على الخادم. يكفي إلغاء تثبيت التطبيق لحذف كل شيء.
مشتريات Apple StoreKit: تاريخ المشتريات تديره Apple ولا نحذفه نحن. للاستفسار عن سجلات مشتريات App Store، تواصل مع Apple مباشرةً.

الاحتفاظ بالبيانات بعد الحذف

تُحذَف البيانات الموجودة على الخادم في غضون ٣٠ يوماً من تاريخ الطلب. قد تُحتفَظ بأعداد إجمالية مجهولة وغير شخصية (كعدّادات نجاح التحليل وعدّادات الأعطال) التي لا تتضمن أيَّ معلومات شخصية ضمن السجلات المجمَّعة.
