This policy explains what data Makhtoot handles, exactly when any of it leaves your device, who processes it, and the controls you have. It applies to the Makhtoot app for iOS and iPadOS.
Premium and Lifetime plans can optionally sync your projects via Apple's CloudKit, to your own iCloud account (the same account you already use for iCloud Drive, Photos, and backups). This is off by default. When it is on, your project data travels between your devices through your iCloud account under Apple's own terms; Makhtoot's developer does not have a server that stores or can read this data. If you never turn sync on, no project content ever leaves your device.
Makhtoot can optionally collect anonymous, aggregated counts of which bundled fonts get used (bucketed by week), to help decide which fonts to prioritize. This is off by default. When on, it never includes your text, your designs, images, identifiers, or anything that could be linked back to you: only font-usage counts. You can turn it off at any time in Settings → Privacy, and doing so stops all future collection immediately.
Subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Makhtoot never sees your payment card, billing address, or Apple ID password: Apple handles this under its own privacy terms.
If you use a premium font that isn't already bundled with the app, Makhtoot may download that font's file over a secure (HTTPS) connection after confirming your entitlement. This is a content download, not a data collection event: no personal information is sent as part of it.
Makhtoot uses no third-party SDKs of any kind: no analytics vendors, no advertising networks, no crash-reporting services, no third-party libraries. The only company that ever processes any Makhtoot-related data is Apple, through first-party frameworks (CloudKit, StoreKit, iCloud Drive) under Apple's own privacy terms.
Since there is no account and no server-side copy of your projects, deleting a project in the app (or deleting the app itself) removes it from your device. If iCloud sync was on, you can also remove the synced copy from your iCloud account in your device's iCloud settings.
Makhtoot is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us using the details below and we will address it.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date above. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.

يمكن لمخطوط أن يجمع اختيارياً أعداداً مجهولة ومُجمَّعة لاستخدام الخطوط المُرفَقة (مُقسَّمة أسبوعياً)، للمساعدة في تحديد أولويات الخطوط. هذه الميزة معطَّلة افتراضياً. وعند تفعيلها، لا تتضمّن أبداً نصّك أو تصاميمك أو صورك أو أيَّ معرّف يمكن ربطه بك: فقط أعداد استخدام الخطوط. يمكنك تعطيلها في أي وقت من الإعدادات ← الخصوصية، ويوقف ذلك أيَّ جمع مستقبلي فوراً.
تُعالَج الاشتراكات وشراء «مدى الحياة» عبر StoreKit من Apple. لا يرى مخطوط أبداً بطاقتك أو عنوان الفوترة أو كلمة مرور Apple ID الخاصة بك: تتولّى Apple ذلك وفق شروط خصوصيتها الخاصة.
إذا استخدمت خطاً مدفوعاً غير مُرفَق مسبقاً مع التطبيق، فقد يُنزِّل مخطوط ملف ذلك الخط عبر اتصال آمن (HTTPS) بعد التحقق من أهليتك. وهذا تنزيل محتوى، لا حدث جمع بيانات: لا تُرسَل أيُّ معلومات شخصية ضمنه.
لا يستخدم مخطوط أيَّ حزم برمجية (SDK) من أطراف ثالثة إطلاقاً: لا مزوّدي تحليلات، لا شبكات إعلانات، لا خدمات إبلاغ عن الأعطال، لا مكتبات خارجية. الجهة الوحيدة التي تعالج أيَّ بيانات متعلقة بمخطوط هي Apple، عبر أطر عمل أصيلة (CloudKit وStoreKit وiCloud Drive) وفق شروط خصوصية Apple الخاصة.
نظراً لعدم وجود حساب أو نسخة على الخادم لمشاريعك، فإنّ حذف مشروع من التطبيق (أو حذف التطبيق نفسه) يزيله من جهازك. وإذا كانت مزامنة iCloud مُفعَّلة، يمكنك أيضاً إزالة النسخة المُزامَنة من حساب iCloud الخاص بك عبر إعدادات جهازك.
لا يستهدف مخطوط الأطفال دون سنّ ١٣ عاماً، ولا نجمع عن علم أيَّ معلومات شخصية من الأطفال. إن كنت تعتقد أنّ طفلاً قدّم لنا معلومات، فتواصل معنا عبر البيانات أدناه وسنتعامل مع الأمر.
