This Agreement is between you and Abdulrahman Al-Rashdi, an individual developer ("Licensor", "we", "us"), and governs your use of the Makhtoot mobile application ("Makhtoot", "the app"). By downloading, installing, or using Makhtoot, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and Apple's Standard EULA (which also applies to apps obtained through the App Store), Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Makhtoot on Apple devices you own or control, for your personal or commercial design work.
Your projects, text, and designs belong to you. Makhtoot stores them on your device by default; see the Privacy Policy for how the optional iCloud sync and analytics features work. You are responsible for keeping your own backups (or enabling iCloud sync) and for the legality of any content you create with the app, including any fonts, images, or assets you import. Licensor has no access to your device's projects and cannot recover them if your device is lost, damaged, or reset without a backup you created yourself.
Makhtoot is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Licensor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, designs, or business arising from your use of the app.
This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the app and delete it from your devices.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised Agreement.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where App Store terms require otherwise.

هذه الاتفاقية بينك وبين عبدالرحمن الراشدي، مطوّر مستقل ("المرخِّص"، "نحن")، وتحكم استخدامك لتطبيق مخطوط ("مخطوط"، "التطبيق"). بتنزيل التطبيق أو تثبيته أو استخدامه، فإنك توافق على هذه الاتفاقية. إن لم توافق، فلا تستخدم التطبيق.
وفقاً لالتزامك بهذه الاتفاقية وباتفاقية Apple القياسية لمستخدمي البرامج المرخَّصة (والتي تنطبق أيضاً على التطبيقات التي تُحصَّل عبر App Store)، يمنحك المرخِّص ترخيصاً محدوداً وغير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل وقابلاً للإلغاء لاستخدام مخطوط على أجهزة Apple التي تملكها أو تتحكم بها، لأعمال التصميم الشخصية أو التجارية الخاصة بك.
مشاريعك ونصوصك وتصاميمك ملك لك. يخزّنها مخطوط على جهازك افتراضياً؛ راجع سياسة الخصوصية لمعرفة كيفية عمل مزامنة iCloud الاختيارية وميزة التحليلات. أنت مسؤول عن الاحتفاظ بنسخك الاحتياطية الخاصة (أو تفعيل مزامنة iCloud) وعن قانونية أي محتوى تُنشئه بالتطبيق، بما في ذلك أي خطوط أو صور أو عناصر تستوردها. لا يملك المرخِّص أي وصول إلى مشاريع جهازك، ولا يمكنه استعادتها إن فُقد جهازك أو تلف أو أُعيد ضبطه دون نسخة احتياطية أنشأتها بنفسك.
يُقدَّم مخطوط «كما هو» و«كما هو متاح»، دون أي ضمانات من أي نوع، صريحة أو ضمنية، إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، بما في ذلك أي ضمان ضمني للتسويق أو الملاءمة لغرض معين أو عدم الانتهاك.
إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون المعمول به، لا يتحمّل المرخِّص مسؤولية أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو خاصة أو تبعية، بما في ذلك فقدان البيانات أو التصاميم أو الأعمال الناشئ عن استخدامك للتطبيق.
يظل هذا الترخيص سارياً حتى إنهائه. وينتهي تلقائياً إذا أخللت بأي شرط من شروط هذه الاتفاقية. وعند الإنهاء، يجب عليك التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق وحذفه من أجهزتك.
قد نُحدِّث هذه الاتفاقية من حين لآخر. ستنعكس التغييرات الجوهرية بتحديث تاريخ السريان. استمرار استخدام التطبيق بعد أيِّ تحديث يعني موافقتك على الاتفاقية المُحدَّثة.
تخضع هذه الاتفاقية لقوانين سلطنة عُمان، بصرف النظر عن مبادئ تنازع القوانين فيها، إلا حيث تقتضي شروط App Store خلاف ذلك.
