This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Abdulrahman Al-Rashdi, an individual developer ("Licensor", "we", "us"), and governs your use of the BADAN mobile application ("BADAN", "the app"). By downloading, installing, or using BADAN, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and Apple's Standard EULA (which also applies to apps obtained through the App Store), Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use BADAN on Apple devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use.
BADAN stores the health readings and entries you log entirely on your own device; see the Privacy Policy for full detail. You are responsible for the accuracy of anything you enter, and for keeping your device secure. Licensor has no access to your data and cannot recover it if your device is lost, damaged, or reset without a backup you created yourself.
BADAN is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Licensor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any health decision made in reliance on information shown in the app.
This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the app and delete it from your devices.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised Agreement.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where App Store terms require otherwise.

تُبرَم اتفاقية ترخيص المستخدم النهائي هذه ("الاتفاقية") بينك وبين عبدالرحمن الراشدي، مطوّر فردي ("المرخِّص"، "نحن")، وتحكم استخدامك لتطبيق بدن ("بدن"، "التطبيق"). بتنزيلك التطبيق أو تثبيته أو استخدامه، فإنك توافق على هذه الاتفاقية. وإن لم توافق، فلا تستخدم التطبيق.
رهناً بامتثالك لهذه الاتفاقية ولاتفاقية Apple القياسية لترخيص المستخدم النهائي (والتي تنطبق أيضاً على التطبيقات التي تُحصَّل عبر متجر التطبيقات)، يمنحك المرخِّص ترخيصاً محدوداً وغير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل وقابلاً للإلغاء لاستخدام بدن على أجهزة Apple التي تملكها أو تتحكم بها، لاستخدامك الشخصي غير التجاري.
يُخزِّن بدن القراءات الصحية والمُدخلات التي تُسجّلها بالكامل على جهازك الخاص؛ راجع سياسة الخصوصية للتفاصيل الكاملة. أنت مسؤول عن دقة ما تُدخله، وعن الحفاظ على أمان جهازك. لا يملك المرخِّص أي وصول إلى بياناتك ولا يمكنه استعادتها إذا فُقِد جهازك أو تلف أو أُعيد ضبطه دون نسخة احتياطية أنشأتها أنت بنفسك.
يُقدَّم بدن "كما هو" و"حسب توافره"، دون أي ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية، إلى أقصى حدٍّ يسمح به القانون، بما في ذلك أي ضمان ضمني للتسويق أو الملاءمة لغرض معين أو عدم الانتهاك.
إلى أقصى حدٍّ يسمح به القانون المعمول به، لا يكون المرخِّص مسؤولاً عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرَضية أو خاصة أو تبعية، ولا عن أي قرار صحي يُتَّخذ اعتماداً على المعلومات المعروضة في التطبيق.
يظلّ هذا الترخيص سارياً حتى إنهائه. ويُنهى تلقائياً إذا أخللت بأي بند من بنود هذه الاتفاقية. وعند الإنهاء، عليك التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق وحذفه من أجهزتك.
قد نُحدّث هذه الاتفاقية من وقتٍ لآخر. وستظهر التغييرات الجوهرية عبر تحديث تاريخ السريان. ويعني استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التحديث قبولك للاتفاقية المعدَّلة.
تخضع هذه الاتفاقية لقوانين سلطنة عُمان، بصرف النظر عن مبادئ تنازع القوانين فيها، إلا حيث تقتضي شروط متجر التطبيقات خلاف ذلك.
