End User License Agreement

Effective date: 16 July 2026

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Abdulrahman Al-Rashdi, an individual developer ("Licensor", "we", "us"), and governs your use of the محضر mobile application ("محضر", "the app"). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. License grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and Apple's Standard EULA (which also applies to apps obtained through the App Store), Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use محضر on Apple devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. Your responsibility when recording others

محضر lets you record lecture audio, which can include other people's voices, for example a professor or classmates. You, not Licensor, are solely responsible for obtaining any consent required to record another person under the laws of your jurisdiction and the rules of your institution, before you record and before you enable any cloud transcription or AI processing of that recording. Licensor does not verify consent and disclaims all liability arising from your recordings.

3. Purchases and credits

محضر uses consumable, minutes-based credit packs purchased through Apple (App Store / StoreKit). Credits are consumed as you use cloud transcription and AI features.
Credits are non-transferable between accounts and, where required by Apple's terms, are non-refundable except as Apple's refund policy provides.
If a transcription job fails due to a fault in our service, the credits for that job are automatically refunded to your balance.
Payments, refunds, and billing disputes for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under Apple's terms.

4. Accuracy of transcripts and AI output

Transcripts, notes, summaries, flashcards, and quizzes are generated automatically and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You are responsible for verifying anything you rely on for study or any other purpose.

5. Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
Do not resell, rent, lease, or sublicense the app.
Do not use the app to record anyone without the legally required consent, or for any unlawful purpose.

6. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Licensor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including any arising from your decision to record another person or from the accuracy of generated study materials.

8. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the app and delete it from your devices.

9. Changes to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised Agreement.

10. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where App Store terms require otherwise.

اتفاقية ترخيص المستخدم النهائي

تُبرَم اتفاقية ترخيص المستخدم النهائي هذه ("الاتفاقية") بينك وبين عبدالرحمن الراشدي، مطوّر فردي ("المرخِّص"، "نحن")، وتحكم استخدامك لتطبيق محضر ("التطبيق"). بتنزيلك التطبيق أو تثبيته أو استخدامه، فإنك توافق على هذه الاتفاقية. وإن لم توافق، فلا تستخدم التطبيق.

١. منح الترخيص

رهناً بامتثالك لهذه الاتفاقية ولاتفاقية Apple القياسية لترخيص المستخدم النهائي (والتي تنطبق أيضاً على التطبيقات التي تُحصَّل عبر متجر التطبيقات)، يمنحك المرخِّص ترخيصاً محدوداً وغير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل وقابلاً للإلغاء لاستخدام التطبيق على أجهزة Apple التي تملكها أو تتحكم بها، لاستخدامك الشخصي غير التجاري.

٢. مسؤوليتك عند تسجيل أشخاص آخرين

يتيح لك محضر تسجيل صوت المحاضرة، الذي قد يتضمّن أصوات أشخاص آخرين، مثل أستاذ أو زملاء. أنت، وليس المرخِّص، المسؤول الوحيد عن الحصول على أي موافقة لازمة لتسجيل شخص آخر وفق قوانين نطاقك القضائي وقواعد مؤسستك، قبل التسجيل وقبل تفعيل أي تفريغ سحابي أو معالجة بالذكاء الاصطناعي لذلك التسجيل. لا يتحقّق المرخِّص من الموافقة ويُخلي مسؤوليته عن أي مسؤولية ناشئة عن تسجيلاتك.

٣. المشتريات والرصيد

يستخدم محضر حزم رصيد استهلاكية قائمة على الدقائق تُشترى عبر Apple (متجر التطبيقات / StoreKit). ويُستهلَك الرصيد مع استخدامك للتفريغ السحابي وميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي.
الرصيد غير قابل للتحويل بين الحسابات، وحيث تقتضي شروط Apple، غير قابل للاسترداد إلا وفق سياسة استرداد Apple.
إذا فشلت مهمة تفريغ بسبب خلل في خدمتنا، يُسترَد رصيد تلك المهمة تلقائياً إلى رصيدك.
تتولّى Apple المدفوعات والاستردادات ونزاعات الفوترة لمشتريات متجر التطبيقات وفق شروطها.

٤. دقة التفريغات ومخرجات الذكاء الاصطناعي

تُولَّد التفريغات والملاحظات والملخصات وبطاقات الأسئلة والاختبارات آلياً، وقد تحتوي أخطاءً أو نواقص أو عدم دقة. أنت مسؤول عن التحقّق من أي شيء تعتمد عليه للدراسة أو لأي غرض آخر.

٥. الاستخدام المقبول

لا تُجرِ هندسة عكسية للتطبيق ولا تُفكِّك شيفرته ولا تحاول استخراج شيفرته المصدرية، إلا حيث يحظر القانون هذا القيد.
لا تُعِد بيع التطبيق أو تأجيره أو منح ترخيص فرعي به.
لا تستخدم التطبيق لتسجيل أي شخص دون الموافقة المطلوبة قانونياً، ولا لأي غرض غير مشروع.

٦. إخلاء الضمان

يُقدَّم التطبيق "كما هو" و"حسب توافره"، دون أي ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية، إلى أقصى حدٍّ يسمح به القانون.

٧. حدود المسؤولية

إلى أقصى حدٍّ يسمح به القانون المعمول به، لا يكون المرخِّص مسؤولاً عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرَضية أو خاصة أو تبعية، بما في ذلك أي ضرر ناشئ عن قرارك بتسجيل شخص آخر أو عن دقة مواد الدراسة المولَّدة.

٨. الإنهاء

يظلّ هذا الترخيص سارياً حتى إنهائه. ويُنهى تلقائياً إذا أخللت بأي بند من بنود هذه الاتفاقية. وعند الإنهاء، عليك التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق وحذفه من أجهزتك.

٩. تغييرات هذه الاتفاقية

قد نُحدّث هذه الاتفاقية من وقتٍ لآخر. وستظهر التغييرات الجوهرية عبر تحديث تاريخ السريان. ويعني استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التحديث قبولك للاتفاقية المعدَّلة.

١٠. القانون الحاكم

تخضع هذه الاتفاقية لقوانين سلطنة عُمان، بصرف النظر عن مبادئ تنازع القوانين فيها، إلا حيث تقتضي شروط متجر التطبيقات خلاف ذلك.
