محضر records lecture audio, transcribes it, and helps you turn it into notes, summaries, flashcards, and quizzes. This policy explains what data we handle, where it goes, and the choices you have.
Audio is recorded through your device's microphone, or imported from your photo library or files. By default, this audio is stored locally on your device. Transcription can run in two ways:
Creating an account requires an email address, or sign-in through Apple or Google, which shares only the identifiers those providers need to authenticate you. We also hold your purchase history (which credit packs you bought) so we can apply your balance.
When you use cloud transcription or AI features, the following named processors act on our behalf:
Receives uploaded lecture audio to generate an Arabic transcript with speaker labels and timestamps, using Whisper-based speech recognition.
Receives your transcript text, when you request it, to generate organized notes, summaries, flashcards, or quizzes.
Hosts authentication, our database, and the storage used to hold your uploaded audio and generated transcripts and study materials.
Receives crash and error reports to help us fix bugs. We configure Sentry not to send personal information by default.
Deliver notifications, such as "your transcript is ready," to your device. These services receive only the device token needed for delivery.
Cloud-stored audio is automatically deleted after the retention period you choose in Settings (options include 7, 30 days, or forever; default 30 days). Deleting a single recording removes it from your device, from cloud storage, and from our database. Deleting your account removes all of your recordings, transcripts, and account data from our servers.
In-app purchases (minutes-based credit packs) are processed by Apple through StoreKit and managed via RevenueCat, which receives your purchase and entitlement data but not your recordings or transcripts.

يُسجَّل الصوت عبر ميكروفون جهازك، أو يُستورد من مكتبة الصور أو الملفات. يُخزَّن هذا الصوت افتراضياً محلياً على جهازك. ويمكن أن يجري التفريغ النصي بطريقتين:
يتطلّب إنشاء حساب بريداً إلكترونياً، أو تسجيل الدخول عبر Apple أو Google الذي يُشارِك فقط المعرّفات اللازمة لمصادقتك. كما نحتفظ بسجلّ مشترياتك (حزم الدقائق التي اشتريتها) لتطبيق رصيدك.
عند استخدامك للتفريغ السحابي أو ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي، يعمل المعالِجون التاليون نيابةً عنّا:
يتلقّى صوت المحاضرة المرفوع لتوليد نصٍّ عربي مع تسميات المتحدثين والطوابع الزمنية، باستخدام تقنية Whisper للتعرّف على الكلام.
يتلقّى نص التفريغ، عند طلبك، لتوليد ملاحظات أو ملخصات أو بطاقات أسئلة أو اختبارات منظَّمة.
تستضيف المصادقة وقاعدة بياناتنا ومساحة التخزين المستخدمة لحفظ صوتك المرفوع والتفريغات ومواد الدراسة المولَّدة.
يتلقّى تقارير الأعطال والأخطاء لمساعدتنا على إصلاح الأخطاء. نُعدّه افتراضياً لعدم إرسال معلومات شخصية.
تُوصِل الإشعارات، مثل "تفريغك جاهز"، إلى جهازك. وتتلقّى هذه الخدمات رمز الجهاز اللازم للتوصيل فقط.
يُحذَف الصوت المخزَّن سحابياً تلقائياً بعد مدة الاحتفاظ التي تختارها في الإعدادات (٧ أو ٣٠ يوماً أو دائماً؛ الافتراضي ٣٠ يوماً). حذف تسجيل واحد يزيله من جهازك ومن التخزين السحابي وقاعدة بياناتنا. وحذف حسابك يزيل جميع تسجيلاتك وتفريغاتك وبيانات حسابك من خوادمنا.
تُعالَج المشتريات داخل التطبيق (حزم الدقائق) عبر Apple بواسطة StoreKit وتُدار عبر RevenueCat، الذي يتلقّى بيانات مشترياتك واستحقاقك، وليس تسجيلاتك أو تفريغاتك.
